This is a great belt, but definitely order a larger size than usual. I am 5'7 and 120 lbs. and usually order a small, sometimes a medium. I got this in S/M, but will most definitely need the larger size, so I am exchanging it. The really cool thing about this belt is you can angle it down in the front center, which really elongates the torso. I am slim, but short-waisted and this is one of the few wide belts that doesn't ride up on me. Sooo flattering, you will wear it all the time. (I know because I had a similar style one with gold buckle that I practically wore out.)
