I bought this item to potentially wear as a wedding gown. I'm not a big fan of the traditional options, and I think this gown is perfect for me. It would be great as is for any formal occasion. For my purposes, I'm going to add to the train and add a mermaid slip to give it some poof at the bottom.

The only part I don't like are the triangle beads, but they can be easily cut off as a part of my alterations because they are sewn on, not glued or set. If you want a flashy look, the triangles are great, but for me, they clash with how delicate the rest of the dress is.

The color is divine and the scalloping of the top is beautiful. The back of this dress is just as beautiful as the front.

It ran true to size for me as I'm a 2 in stretch items and a 4 in non-stretch items, and I ordered a 4. The bust seemed proportionately bigger than the rest of the dress and than other 4's I've tried.
