I thought this dress was very flattering, I agree that it runs a bit small. I am usually a size 2 but found that the size 4 fit perfectly. It hugs my curves in the right places and the graphic print is fun. For reference I am 5'4", 125 pounds, athletic build. My measurements are 34, 26, 36.

This dress is gorgeous. I'm disappointed that Cache dresses seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I used to be a size 0 and now I'm almost always a size 2. Not that I care about that, but it makes it difficult when shopping online - now I have to purchase 2 sizes and return one. However, this dress runs very small. The size 2 was even too small in the bust. It pinched when I moved my arms. A size 4 would have fit better, but I couldn't bring myself to try on the 4. Too bad. It is lovely.
BTW - my measurements are 125lbs 34 bust, 28 waist 35 hips (usually I fit a 0 or 2).
