• Returns may be made within 30 days of receipt.
• Please return your selection(s) at the nearest Caché
  store or ship them back to the address included in
  your package.
• Please present your Internet Order Confirmation email
  when making a return. If you are unable to print the
  Confirmation email, present the Customer Order slip enclosed in your package.
• Merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by all original
  price tags attached to garments and/or accessories.
• We cannot process exchanges for online orders.

Price Adjustments for Online Purchases: 

A one time price adjustment for merchandise purchased online may be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Price adjustments are not eligible on final sale. Please note, our stores are not able to process price adjustments for online orders.

To request a one-time adjustment, please call us at 1-800-788-2224 within 14 days of your original purchase.

We have good news! Our in store return policy has been extended from 14 to 30 days.

Return Policy:

We hope you enjoy your Cache purchase, and will happily exchange or return unworn/unwashed merchandise with all original tags and tickets attached within 30 days of purchase at any Cache full-price location. Please note that worn merchandise may not be returned or exchanged, with the exception of defective items.

Present your original receipt within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment. Present your gift receipt within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund of the purchase price in the form of a Cache merchandise credit.

After 30 days of purchase, present your original receipt or a gift receipt to receive the current selling price in the form of a Cache merchandise credit.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ either on the ticket or receipt may not be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustment Policy:

Present your original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase to receive a one-time price adjustment in the original form of payment for any items which have been reduced in price.
