Independent Directors
Andrew M. Saul - has served as a Director since 1986 and also as the Chairman of the Board from February 1993 to October 2000. Mr. Saul is a partner of Saul Partners, a position that he has held since 1986.

Gene S. Gage - has served as a Director since September 2004. Mr. Gage is the President  and Chief Executive Officer of Gage Associates, a financial planning firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Financial Planner.

Michael F. Price - was appointed to the Board on April 4, 2013. Mr Price is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of MFP Investors LLC, the general partner to MFP Partners, L.P. ("MFP Partners"). Prior to founding MFP Partners, Mr. Price was chairman of the board of Franklin Mutual Advisors and Franklin Mutual Series Fund. He has been associated with both entities and their predecessor organizations (Heine Securities Corp and Mutual Shares Fund) since 1975. Mr. Price's substantial experience as director and executive officer of other companies provides the Board with great knowledge and insight into financial and other matters.

Charles J. Hinkaty- was appointed to the Board on April 4, 2013. Mr. Hinkaty was the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Del Laboratories, Inc. from August 2005 through his retirement in January 2008. Mr. Hinkaty provides financial expertise to our Board based on his past experience as a director and officer of other companies, including an understanding of accounting and financial statements.
