I saw an item in one of your stores, but can't seem to find it on your website.
Merchandise selection on our website varies from our stores. You may contact the store where you saw the item and they will place an order for you, using either an American Express or Discover card.

I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size. Will it be back in stock?
Since we make limited quantities of our apparel and accessories, not all items that sell-out will be re-stocked. If sufficient quantities are available in stores, you can contact Customer Service at 1-800-788-2224 for a list of stores with available quantity. Only for domestic orders.

Can I purchase a Gift Card online?
Yes. Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at any Cache location. Gift cards are not available for purchase and shipment to international customers.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Gift Cards may be redeemed at any of the following locations: Cache and online. To redeem online you will be asked input the gift card numner and pin (if applicable) during the Payment page at Checkout. For additional information regarding the redemption of Gift Cards, please call 1-800-788-2224. Gifts cards cannot be redeem on international orders.

What forms of payment does cache.com accept?
We accept the following credit cards Visa, Cache Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cache gift cards. Only for domestic orders.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card will then be charged when the order is shipped. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation, confirming that your order was completed.

My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card account. Why is the charge still showing on my credit card?
The "charges" that are appearing on your credit card account are pre-authorization holds. They are not charges; however, your card company may be temporarily holding those funds. Your card may have declined due to A) Your BILLING address entered does not exactly match the BILLING address that your card company has on file; or B) Your card company is declining your transaction because of insufficient funds or another reason from your card company. Please contact your card company to release any pending holds from cache.com if you received an ERROR response that matches any of the reasons above. Cache has no control of the grace period for releasing authorized funds, particularly debit card funds.

How quickly will my order ship and when can I expect delivery?
Your order will be processed and shipped within the time frame given for the type of delivery you selected. Ground shipping arrives between 7-10 business days. Rush shipping arrives between 4-6 business days. Express shipping arrives between 2-3 business days. Check INTERNATIONAL ORDERS for information related to order processing and delivery outside of the US.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?
After you place your item(s) in your bag, you can enter the promotional code in the box marked promotional code, located directly under the product image(s) and click "apply".

Once you have logged in under "My Account", a Recent Orders feature will allow you to review the status and track the delivery of your order.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
Our shipping systems are designed to get orders filled and on their way to you quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?
Yes, we do issue price adjustments. However, your order must have been placed no more than 14 days before the price change was made. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-788-2224 to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment. Only for domestic orders.

Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to enter it each time I place an order?
If you are a registered user on cache.com and have signed in, the current address we have on file for you will automatically show up in Step 2 (Billing Address) of the Checkout process. You will be able to make any revisions at this time or enter in a different "Ship To" address.

What is your return policy for item(s) purchased online? How do I return the items?
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unworn with all original tags attached to garments and/or accessories. You can return your merchandise by shipping it back to the address listed on the enclosed paperwork in your package. If somehow this information is not provided, you may use the address listed on the outside of your package. We suggest you either insure the return or require a signature. You may also return merchandise purchased online to any of our stores located nationwide.

What is your return policy for item(s) purchased at a Cache or Cache Luxe store?
In store purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that in order for us to accept merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit, your selection(s) must be unworn with all original price and hang tags attached to garments and/or accessories. If you have a return past the 30 days of receipt, and you still have the receipt, you will receive a store credit for the current selling price. If you have a return and do not have your receipt, you will receive a store credit for the current selling price.

When you click on "My Account" to log in you'll see a link "Forgot your Password". Your password will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please email us as custserv@cache.com and we will verify your account and reset your password.

Cache.com does not require you to be registered or sign in to make a purchase on our web site. We do strongly recommend creating an account online for all the great benefits, but we welcome guest shopping. Visit the "My Account" link at the top of any page to sign in or create an account.
