Online Orders Return Policy

  • Returns may be made within 30 days of receipt. Please return your selection(s) at the nearest Caché store or ship them back to the address included in your package.
  • Please present your Internet Order Confirmation email when making a return. If you are unable to print the Confirmation email, present the Customer Order slip enclosed in your package.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by all original price tags attached to garments and/or accessories.
  • We cannot process exchanges for online orders.

In Store Purchase Return Policy:

  • Returns may be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in order for us to accept merchandise for refund, exchange or credit, your selection(s) must be unworn and accompanied by all original price and hang tags attached to garments and/or accessories.
