I'm not sure what size to order. Does cache.com have a size chart that can help me? Yes, we have a fitting guide link available on each product page. Merchandise selection on our website varies from our stores. You may contact the store where you saw the item and they will place an order for you, using either an American Express or Discover card. back to top I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size. Will it be back in stock? Since we make limited quantities of our apparel and accessories, not all items that sell-out will be re-stocked. Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at any Cache or Cache Luxe location. back to top How do I redeem my Gift Card? Gift Cards may be redeemed at any of the following locations: Cache, Cache Luxe, and online. To redeem online you will be asked input the gift card numner and pin (if applicable) during the Payment page at Checkout. We accept all the following credit cards Visa, Cache Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club, JCB, and Cache gift cards. back to top When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card will then be charged when the order is shipped. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation, confirming that your order was completed. back to top
My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card account. Why is the charge still showing on my credit card?
The "charges" that are appearing on your credit card account are pre-authorization holds. They are not charges; however, your card company may be temporarily holding those funds. How quickly will my order ship and when can I expect delivery? Your order will be processed and shipped within the time frame given for the type of delivery you selected. Ground shipping arrives between 7-10 business days. Rush shipping arrives between 4-6 business days. After you place your item(s) in your bag, you can enter the promotional code in the box marked promotional code, located directly under the product image(s) and click "apply". back to top Do you accept phone orders? At this time we do not accept phone orders at our 1-800 toll free number, however, if you have a Discover or American Express card, and wish to place an order by phone, please contact one of our stores and they will be happy to place a special order for you. Our shipping systems are designed to get orders filled and on their way to you quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. back to top I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments? Yes, we do issue price adjustments. However, your order must have been placed no more than 14 days before the price change was made. Ground shipping is $5.00 and arrives between 7-10 business days. Rush shipping is $10.00 and arrives between 4-6 business days. Express shipping is $25.00 and arrives between 2-3 business days. If you are a registered user on cache.com and have signed in, the current address we have on file for you will automatically show up in Step 2 (Billing Address) of the Checkout process. What is your return policy for item(s) purchased online? How do I return the items?
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unworn with all original tags attached to garments and/or accessories.
Do you provide return labels? We do not provide return labels. All returns and exchanges are done at the customer's expense. back to top
What is your return policy for item(s) purchased at a Cache or Cache Luxe store?
In store purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in order for us to accept merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit, your selection(s) must be unworn with all original price and hang tags attached to garments and/or accessories.
Where do I input my Cache Accents number? Once you are in the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to enter your Cache Accents number on Step 4 of checkout, which is Payment Information. back to top I am a Cache Accents member. Where will I see my 5% discount applied to my order? At this time, you will see your 5% Cache Accents discount on your billing statement once your Cache Accents number is verified and your order is processed. What do I do now? When you click on "My Account" to log in you'll see a link "Forgot your Password". Your password will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. Cache.com does not require you to be registered or sign in to make a purchase on our web site.
